This occurred after the Zionist state intensified its attacks on the Gaza Strip, coinciding with missile launches from Iran.
According to Palestinian health authorities, about 34 people were killed in the northern Gaza Strip after Israeli forces attacked a school and an orphanage.
In the center of Gaza, 18 people died, including three minors and four women, after a group of people tried to cross the Netzarim corridor, an artificial road built by Israeli forces to divide the strip in half.
These Palestinians were attacked as they attempted to cross a military checkpoint to return to the north from the south of the strip, prompting gunfire from military vehicles and helicopters.
In the towns of Khan Younis and Rafah, in the south, hospitals received 37 bodies following a new Israeli incursion toward the southeast of the territory. In Khan Younis, eyewitnesses said that Israeli vehicles unexpectedly advanced amid heavy fire in the Qizan an-Najjar area east of the city.
Witnesses mentioned that hundreds of Palestinian families were trapped east of Khan Younis due to ongoing artillery shelling and gunfire, resulting in injuries. They noted that the area also witnessed a significant movement of residents fleeing the sudden Israeli incursion.
